OIL MIST DETECTOR SPECS TYPE VISION III

Oil Mist Detection systems (OMD) have been used to supervise diesel engine crankcases for possible explosive conditions. SPECS‟ COMD System consists of detectors that are installed on engine crankcases, junction boxes and remote monitoring units (RMUs) which are located in areas remote from detectors such as in the control room (refer to the above Figure):
